The Warner Brothers and Sister… What if they started to age?

I have been working on the concept and getting used to the characters and how they were drawn and working on developing their middle-aged personas.

So far Yakko will either be homeless having been in and out of instutions or a kind of nomad living on a tropical island (maybe left on a deserted isle).

Wakko will be a famous animal trainer and zoologist that has had his own educational TV show.

I have not yet developed Dot’s adult persona, having moved my focus toward working on storyboarding and building the final product.  I will include more when I feel that I have gotten it to a point where I have more of the characters in their appropriate settings.

I think I went a little too detailed in the area of the main facial features after I look at everyone elses…  I couldn’t help myself…  But everything in it is made using circular raster tools…  (Elliptical Marquee Tool, Hard Circular PaintBrush, Hard Circular Eraser).  Please tell me what you think.  Honestly…

I’m having a hard time deciding on just one, although I have to admit I’m leaning toward Yakko, Wakko, & Dot…

Falling Behind

It seems that it’s feast or famine when it comes to workload anymore. I can’t seem a time that it’s in-between anymore. It never fails when a school project needs to be worked on, I get several people wanting freelance work done and done “yesterday. Hopefully I can get enough time to work on this tonight during and after class. I should be able to get this done with a late-nighter (Knock on wood). Hopefully there won’t be any proverbial fires to put out for the next few days.

I only had a couple of hours or so to work on this.  Had some trouble with establishing values and placement until I placed the highlights and the dark shadows in, it’s helping with proportion and feature placement.  Over all I think everything is starting to shape-up.
